Can I cancel my order?

unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

please be careful when entering your shipping address, you make trends will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us : support@youmaketrends.com

How can I check the status of my order?

please log into your account to check the status of your order. if you do not have an account, please refer to the ‘track order’ link

How can I track my package?

once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. you can track the progress of your order directly on your tracking page

my package seems to have stopped moving?

if your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit. it is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. if this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you. 

returns & refunds

what items can i return?

we get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

- If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.

- Swimwear or underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

- All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

- Personalised items can't be returned.

- Make up and cosmetics products can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

do you offer returns on make up and cosmetics?

we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on make up and cosmetics products. all sales are final. please note, we reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. to start this process please contact support@youmaketrends.com

do you offer exchanges?

unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

i refused my delivery, where is my refund?

refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.

my items arrived damaged, what should i do?

please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number on our email support@youmaketrends.com please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.

i received incorrect items in my order, what should i do?

please email us at support@youmaketrends.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number with your inquiry.


what forms of payments do you accept?

at the moment we accept online payments via credit card, paypal or afterpay.

why was I charged twice?

you will only be charged for what you purchased. if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. however, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us at support@youmaketrends.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.


do I have to set up an account to place my order?

no, you do not have to set up an account to place an order.

sometimes we ship items separately due to packaging constraints.

at the moment we only ship to the USA.

shipping disruptions

packages undeliverable by fedex, usps, dhl, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
